Hi, I’m Andy.

I created this after surviving a Widowmaker heart attack and triple bypass surgery.

When I came home from hospital, I quickly realised there were hundreds of questions nobody had prepared me for.

Is this pain normal?

Am I doing too much?

When will I feel like myself again?

Everything inside this companion has been created around what I wish someone had told me during my own recovery, alongside recognised recovery guidance.

Everyone heals differently, but if this helps answer a few questions, reduces some anxiety and reminds you that you’re not alone, then it’s doing exactly what it was created to do.
